    - Active involvement in any refectory exercise and direct participation as a developer to understand and solve issues during the implementation phase.

  • Cross Application and Third Party Integration

    - Works with third party vendors to develop software and/or integrate the third party software into the product.

  • Client Delivery Organization
    As a Business Analyst consult with client and business users to clarify systems intent and assist in building new services and solutions offerings. As a BA you will be involved in requirements gathering, developing estimates, project planning and also work with technical architects in architecting solutions. BAs in this role will have to provide business process expertise to project teams by involving in Knowledge Transfer and in capability building. They will serve as “One-point” contact at off! shore/ onsite for functional issues across projects. BAs will also have review and perform integration testing wherever required. BAs will have to deliver value to the clients in identifying areas of opportunities leading to better profitability, ROI and cost containment Hands on exe Functional testing.
  • Pre-Sales Support
    BAs in this role assist in proposal writing and presentation preparation for clients and prospects. BAs assist in building generic and productized solution sets based on past and current projects. BAs create collateral and case studies for new service offerings and for practices there by building industry domain knowledge. BAs also provide BD-Support for the deal teams i.e., frontline sales teams and account relationship managers. This would mean proposal formulation, preparing sales presentations, creating sales collaterals such as case studies, brochures etc., coordinating client visits and making presentations to such clients.

The person should be able to carry out objective analysis of client issues, manage software requirements and interface between the client and the project team.
He will be responsible for managing, maintaining and updation of call responses in the CRM.
