Developers & Senior Developers (.NET Technologies)
Experience: The resource should have 2 - 6 yrs experience with at least 2 - 4 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities/ Key Tasks:
  • Development of applications using Microsoft Technologies
  • Responsible for Unit Testing
  • Technical Documentation
  • Client interactions (if required)
  • Should support high critical systems and work in a very highly demanding environment.
Key Skills Required:

ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, ADO.NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, .Net Framework

  • Should have good experience in working on ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, ADO.NET, JavaScript.
  • Should also have worked extensively on SQL Server, .Net Framework.
  • Knowledge in AJAX and VS 2005 would be a added advantage.

Responsibilities/ Key Tasks Incumbent will be responsible for
  • Technology Leadership
    • Responsible for the overall design, architecture, and implementation of a complex Dot Net product line.
    • Evaluation of new technologies and software products to determine feasibility and desirability of incorporating their capabilities within the company’s products.
    • Responsible for all tradeoffs in design to meet requirements.
      Active participation in working at the source code level, by way of example responsible for all core/abstract foundation classes that the developers use to develop various modules.
    • Should have done Requirements gathering & analysis

  • Code and Design Standards
    • Thorough understanding of functional and non functional requirements to optimize the implementation cycle by leveraging best practices, design patterns, third party components.
    • Responsible for overall product design and architecture with emphasis on quality, performance and usability.
    • Responsible for coding and design standards for use by project teams.
    • Active involvement in any refectory exercise and direct participation as a developer to understand and solve issues during the implementation phase.

  • Cross Application and Third Party Integration
    • Works with various programming and product groups within the company to ensure that required features and modifications are included in the appropriate releases to support cross-product features.
    • Works with third party vendors to develop software and/or integrate the third party software into the product.

  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks/assignments.
    • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
    • Mentoring others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description: This sales role involves marketing and selling of Lera software solutions in International markets.

The person should be able to make cold calls over the telephone to C-level executives, Directors, IT Managers. He/She should be able to identify opportunities, generate qualified leads, demonstrate technical solutions on-line, follow up and educate prospects and actively manage the account for deal closure.

The person should be able to carry out objective analysis of client issues, manage software requirements and interface between the client and the project team.
He/She will be responsible for managing, maintaining and updation of call responses in the CRM.
Role Description: Business Development, Telemarketing, Sales Manager – Executive Level
Key Skills Required:
  • Oral and written communication in French and English.
  • Thorough knowledge of Sales process for software solutions
Educational Qualifications: Graduate / MBA from reputed institutes with relevant expertise. IT background is a must

Job Description: As a Project Manager you should be able to initiate projects, estimate the effort, evaluate high level design and architecture and execute project assignments. An ability to lead and motivate high potential project teams to ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables is a must. Exposure to quality planning and practices in a similar role is desirable.
