Offshore Development Center
Our capabilities help us in understanding our client's technology needs and align them to the identified business objectives. In order to save on our client's resources and time we have set up an offshore development facility where we replicate our client's environment with their help to do the development part at our premises.

Offshore Development Model
In this model, Lera's development team works exclusively from our facility in Hyderabad. The client only passes on the detailed requirement related to the user’s needs of the application to be built. Our team takes charge of the development, maintaining permanent communication on the advances of the project with the appointed project coordinator from client's side. Core teams of financial service specialists operate from our development center in India. They are experienced in handling data security while ensuring that the applications are scalable in order to allow timely upgrades.
Hybrid (Onsite & Offshore) Model
This model is a combination between the offshore and onsite models. The onsite modality is generally used for the most critical parts of the project while the offshore modality is used during the routine development phase. Lera prefers their client to choose any of these models as per their requirement keeping in view of our client's short and long-term business objectives.
